We completed the acquisition of the adjacent parcel last spring and finally received approval to amend the existing PUD to allow parking and Lagoon boat slips. 

     The improvements include burying the utilities, substantial fill and regrading, a paved parking lot with 30 spaces, docks and 12 slips in the Lagoon, a fence around the Lagoon, a grass walkway, and landscaping with trees.

     We expect some of the improvements will be made yet this summer (2019), although most of the improvements and the docks in the Lagoon will likely not be completed until early next summer (2020).  Once completed members will be able to rent some of the slips.  Rates and details are yet to be worked out but let us know if you are interested.

      All of this of course is made possible by amazing success of our Capital Campaign that raised over $125,000 in about 6 weeks which dramatically demonstrated how much the old and new members value the Club, but assures its future.
